We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Overseas Sales Representative to expand our international market presence. This role is responsible for developing overseas customers, maintaining long-term client relationships, and achieving sales targets in assigned regions.Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage overseas clients, distributors, and partners
Identify new business opportunities and expand international markets
Communicate with overseas customers via email, video meetings, and phone calls
Prepare quotations, negotiate contracts, and follow up on orders
Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, logistics, product) to ensure smooth order fulfillment
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs
Participate in international exhibitions or business trips when required
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or above, major in International Trade, Business, Marketing, or related fields preferred
1+ years of experience in overseas sales, international trade, or cross-border business
Good command of English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus
Familiar with international trade processes, Incoterms, and export documentation
Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
Willingness to work across different time zones
